The Practical Alternative to an Executive MBA
Overview
Leading the Global Enterprise is a new, cutting-edge Global Executive
program, the perfect alternative for those who cannot afford the time to take an Executive MBA.
Targeted for high potential managers and directors who will be leaders within their transnational
organization, this program is fast-paced and dramatically different. It takes executives from
defining their roles as business leaders through practical, well-tested analytical frameworks and
business tools to actual application. Participants will have the opportunity to test their learning
through dynamic, highly engaging cross-cultural financing, negotiation, and currency exchange
simulations.
Participants in Leading the Global Enterprise will develop the confidence they need to
hit-the-ground running in starting a new business, or transforming an existing unit, in virtually
any region of the world. This unique program will be offered. The learning process will not end
with the two weeks in the classroom. Over a twelve-month period, the faculty and participants will
continue to examine critical issues through our specially designed intranet. There is no other
program as real world and practical available in the marketplace.

The Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina has been rated the best in
international business as ranked by
