Advanced Communication Strategies
This program builds on the fundamentals of the class "Communication Strategies for
Improving Performance". Day 1 includes a review of The Birkman Method® and individual scores,
followed with an in-depth look at scoring combinations, and descriptors of people with different or
opposing profiles. Day 2 includes a one-on-one coaching session and group exercises designed
to enhance communication and general leadership skills.
