There are a number of flexible options that we have available for your organization. Our ability to design and administer assessments via the Internet has led to several successful management certificate programs designed for companies to match specific organization needs.
Training Assessment
The Daniel - Mickel Center for Executive Education specializes in conducting in-depth training needs analysis for any and all levels of management. We have found that individual organizations have individual training needs. No two organizations are alike, and we believe that the most effective training program is one that meets the needs of each organization.
The analysis can be customized to meet your organization's training objectives and can be conducted by focus group, survey, or by online assessment tools. By conducting training assessment, we can identify the needs of your organization and more effectively design a solution. Competencies can be measured and weighed against your organization's specific goals.
Customized Assessment
The Daniel - Mickel Center for Executive Education can design an online assessment for your management teams to measure specifically what you want to measure. We begin by identifying a basic list of management competencies that your organization provides. From that, we can report the results back to you and design an improvement program specific to your organization.
