- An index card with your name will be distributed to each individual.
- Please make sure to pick up your card and HOLD ON TO IT! (You will give it to "the reader" to
call your name at the ceremony).
- If your name is incorrect on your card, we will have blank cards on which you
can write your name correctly.
- If your name is difficult to pronounce, you may either rewrite your name phonetically on the
card or you may whisper your name to the reader as you approach.
- Stay in alphabetical order as the procession walks to the Horseshoe.
- Hoods should be carried over your right arm during the procession.

limited.
- At the appropriate time during the ceremony, the class will be asked to rise by row.
Participants from first row will be called forward. Remaining participants should
stay seated until there are five people left from the previous row waiting to go onto the
stage. The person at the right-hand end of the row will stand and everyone else follows to the
stage.
