Over the last 10 years, it has been said that marketing has changed more in that time than in the last 50 years combined. Well in the last year or two, that pace of change seems to have accelerated even more. New technology, advanced analytical techniques, innovation pipelines and new marketing techniques have created better, faster and more economical go-to-market strategies for the world’s leading brands.
The Summit’s theme will focus on these changes, more specifically a marketing revolution based on:
- Customer-Centricity – the customer has always been important, but today almost every business decision is made with the customer in mind. More targeted, personalized solutions now make it possible to target each of us individually.
- Calculated Creativity – AI and other new technologies are enhancing and accelerating marketer’s, research, innovation and creative efforts. These new opportunities are endless, but will only as good a marketer’s ability to leverage and manage these tools.
- Constructed Communities – building brand loyalty through superior customer satisfaction is at the heart of marketing strategy. If done successfully, brands develop advocates and ambassadors that create life-long, impactful communities that help brands thrive.
- Creative Collaborators – the future of work will allow companies and marketers to collaborate in new and different ways, while also leveraging everyone’s unique ‘superpowers’. No one marketer is exactly like another, and we wouldn’t want it any other way.
